My passion is esthetics, holistic living, the mind/body/spirit connection and inner healing. I grew up learning about Chinese medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic health, and knowing the importance of food as medicine. There is an innate understanding in my lineage that food heals, gives life, and sustains us. I grew up with the understanding that underneath every ailment and condition there is an underlying cause- the root. It is important to get to the root cause in order to truly heal. The mind/body/spirit must be balanced. The same is true in esthetics. I tell my clients-, “ The body talks to us. What is going on in the inside will reflect on the outside- your skin, your energetic field, your body.” There must be balance.

My love for makeup and esthetics has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. In 2011 I completed my MUA training with celebrity makeup artist- Kimberley Bosso in Beverly Hills, CA. The training enabled me to pursue my creative side. I freelanced as a MUA for brides and special events. I also worked as a free-lance MUA for MAC cosmetics.

In 2014, I began working at a Holistic clinic, which uniquely combined Eastern and Western medicine. I learned a lot. It intrigued me to expand and grow. I was also able to see clients and do energy work. I completed the Bulletproof Coaching program with Dave Asprey. I met amazing people and I changed my eating habits/lifestyle.

I come from a lineage of family members who have different gifts and abilities. I was born seeing spirits, knowing things about people without knowing how I know, and due to my upbringing I had to become reliant on my intuition and inner knowing. I work with many totem animals when I do energy work. I call on mother snake and jaguar the most. I began seeing clients in 2015 who wanted energy work. I immersed myself into other healing modalities and teachings. I truly believe that, “We are our own healers” and anyone who is a part of the healing process is merely the vessel. I also believe that there are many paths to healing. YOU have to go IN and figure out what your healing journey is. Healing is not a one size fits all.

Fast forward to September 2021, after putting my dream on hold, I received my esthetician license. I held the vision for years of merging energy work and esthetics for a full mind/body/spirit experience. In the treatment room you will feel like you are in a cocoon. You will feel balance, relaxed, and rested. My intention is to remind my clients of their innate beauty. Beauty truly does come from within. The inner has to be tended to just as much as the outer in order for there to be balance- Mind, Body, and Soul.
